The appraisal reports are formed after a process of:

  • Confirmation of the real estate at the site
  • Confirmation of Legal status (ownership, construction limits, legal permits)
  • Market research
  • Determination of the suitable appraisal method
  • Arrival at the “Real Value” by implementation of the chosen appraisal method

“The Real Estate Consultancy” can undertake all your feasibility reports, market research, best use analysis, etc.  Appraisal reports are delivered within 2 days (inside Istanbul ), 4 days (in other cities). In large-scale real estate matters, extraordinary projects and real estate consultancy, the delivery period will be confirmed accordingly.  Due to instability in the local real estate market, appraisal reports may have a maximum 10% margin of error.
All documents and information referring to companies or individuals are guaranteed to be kept as a commercial secret according to the CMB's (Capital Markets Board of Turkey) secrecy policy VIII, No:35.
